Programme Overview

The 2023 Gartner CEO Survey shows the recent short-term reactivity giving way to relative stability, allowing leaders to return to long-term planning. Close to 50% of CEOs cite growth as their top priority, with a focus on the next three- to seven-year strategy. At the same time, profitability and productivity are also key, with 34% of CEOs strongly pursuing tech-related investments in analytics, AI & automation to unearth next-level productivity and bottom-line gains. To enable modern-day CEOs transformative journey, IIM Kozhikode has launched its Chief Executive Officer Programme. The modules by Kellogg Executive Education would primarily include pre-recorded video lectures by faculty of Kellogg School of Management.
The recording of the live sessions will be made available to the participants until the completion of the programme
The programme curriculum includes individual class readings, assignments, quizzes, two business simulations, case study discussions, guided capstone project,leadership workshops, and much more to apply and demonstrate classroom learning.

Programme Certification by IIM Kozhikode

Participants will be awarded a completion certificate from IIM Kozhikode on successfully completing all evaluation components including a capstone project and maintaining a minimum attendance of 75%. Participants who are unable to clear all evaluation components but have a minimum attendance of 75% shall be awarded a participation certificate.
