The 2023 Gartner CEO Survey shows the recent short-term reactivity giving way to relative stability, allowing leaders to return to long-term planning. Close to 50% of CEOs cite growth as their top priority, with a focus on the next three- to seven-year strategy. At the same time, profitability and productivity are also key, with 34% of CEOs strongly pursuing tech-related investments in analytics, AI & automation to unearth next-level productivity and bottom-line gains. In other words, modern CEOs want to aim for the stars with business growth and profitability at the forefront, while keeping both feet on the ground.

 To enable modern-day CEOs transformative journey, IIM Kozhikode has launched its Chief Executive Officer Programme.
