What is this COO Programme About?

According to PwC’s COO Insights, 49% of COOs believe new technology can reinvent their businesses. Yet, without clear strategy, disciplined execution, and team restructuring, transformation remains difficult. Today’s COOs must address rising customer expectations, hybrid work models, supply chain redesign, and accelerated tech adoption. Their mandate extends beyond efficiency to developing multipronged strategies spanning operating models, cost structures, market presence, and innovation.

To complement this evolving role, IIM Kozhikode has launched its Chief Operations Officer (COO) Programme. Eligibility: Graduate (10+2+3) or Diploma holders (Only 10+2+3) from a recognized University with minimum 10 Years of experience (after graduation) as on 30 Sept 2025. Candidates should have a minimum aggregate of 50% in their graduation.
